The practice of yoga transcends body and mind to spirit. It takes the practitioner to levels of self-awareness and with that an ability to demystify the mystical. Yoga promises joy, health, freedom and a beautiful path to follow on and off the mat.

Anne Harding is a Certified Yoga Instructor (CYT) and Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT.) After graduating from the University of Colorado with a double major in psychology and dance, it is the "dance of yoga" that inspires her practice. She has been studying and teaching since 2003. Anne guides her students seamlessly through a dynamic and creative Vinyasa Flow Practice, often with unexpected music that infuses the practice with vital energy. Anne has studied with and been influenced by Shiva Rea, Baron Baptiste, Rodney Yee, Dharma Mithra, Seane Corn and Gurmukh.
