          JourneyDance at HeartSpace
JourneyDance teaches me about being in the moment, letting go, spontaneity, and going deeper. I've discovered that JourneyDance is process work, wild freedom, heart opening, and deep prayer all in one. As a group, we explore our stories from the tips of our fingers to the soles of our feet. We unravel effortlessly - liquefying our egos, releasing resistance, and composting our craziness - finding the expansive realms where creativity ignites. And the cool part was that all we need to do is show up!
Dancing together opens us to joy. My intention is to provide the opportunity to inspire, ignite and express passion, joy and wholeness. I wish to create an environment where self-love and acceptance are cultivated, where you get out of your mind and into your body and where we feel connected, grounded, energized and vital. I will encourage self-trust, self-approval and deep knowing within every dancer.
We can dance. We can ease ourselves into the spaciousness of joy where life unfolds in all its beauty.
There is no previous movement or dance experience necessary and anyone of any age, size or fitness level will benefit from this practice.

Fall 2010 JourneyDance Schedule
All classes will be held at HeartSpace on Fridays – 5:45pm to 7:00pm on these dates:
September 17
October 15 November 19 Cost:
$15 Prepay (all 3—$40)
$18 at the door $25 Couple-prepay (all 3—$65) $30 Couple-at the door (No refunds or credits, however classes may be transferred to someone else)
I know that we will have a great time, I know that we will grow together, and I know that the group that comes together on each date will be exactly right.
Work Study: The work study program at HeartSpace is designed to give students who would otherwise have difficulty practicing with us due to financial hardship, an opportunity to contribute their time in exchange for free classes. HeartSpace seeks to encourage people of all financial levels to take part in our services and we try very hard to make our services available to everyone.
