Introducing Barb Wesson, Black Belt Certified Nia Instructor
I have been teaching Nia classes since July of 1997. To me, Nia is a playground. It is a place to seek more Joy, to experience the pleasure of movement in our bodies and to enjoy community as we dance our Joy together. For me, Nia is a way to express the day away and leave class feeling refreshed with a sense of possibility. Teaching is so much fun for me, I'd love you to join the party! My mantra is JOY.
